What we collect
- Account and order details: your name, email address, billing details you enter at checkout, and what you bought.
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last digits of a card, never the full card number.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data: cookies needed for the cart, checkout and sign-in, and basic server logs such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
To process orders and deliver your files, to keep your downloads protected, to answer your messages, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and to keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the store: our payment provider, our web host, and our email delivery service. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Your account stays active until you ask us to delete it, so you can keep downloading your files.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing info@teckforge.com. Deleting your account removes access to your downloads.
