Delivery
All products are PDF files delivered by download. Nothing is shipped. Download links appear in My account, under My library, and in your order confirmation email as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Your account
An account is created at checkout. Download links only work while you are signed in to the account that placed the order, which protects your files from being opened by anyone else.
Download limits
Unless a product page says otherwise, there is no limit on how many times you can download a file you bought, and access does not expire. We may limit downloads if we see signs that links are being shared.
Licence
Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files on their own devices and to print copies for their own use. You may not share, resell, upload or redistribute the files. See the terms and conditions for details.
Problems with a file
If a file does not download or will not open, try again from My library using a different browser. If that does not work, email info@teckforge.com with your order number and we will send you a working copy.
